ExxonMobil recognized that it was critical for its employees to fully understand the function, benefits, and internal support of the portal so that it could be effectively promoted and explained to customers. Educating employees was complex due to the technical nature of the portal.

kcw's challenge was to create an internal marketing piect that would graphically communicate the functionality of the portal in a clear and simple manner while capturing the exciting benefits the portal provided.
