Kathie Libert – Partner and Creative Director

Kathie provides leadership and new business development for kcw. She has over 25-years experience implementing marketing communication plans to corporate and consumer businesses. Kathie’s experience includes creative roles with media giants such as ABC Television and the Hearst Corporation and winning an Addy award for her creative direction for on-air television promotions. Kathie’s expertise in creative development, branding, strategic marketing, and her aggressive campaigns represent the broad array of services offered by kcw. Kathie has worked in the energy industry for over 20 years while working with Mobil Corporation and later ExxonMobil.

Frank Henry – Partner and Director of Client Services

Frank serves as the agency’s lead in client management and development. Frank spent his career with several global advertising agencies, developing and managing high profile, and strategic marketing campaigns for Pan American Airlines, Marriott Corporation, and Arabian Oil Company. Frank’s extensive international experience and skill in developing client relationships has been key to kcw global marketing services. Donna Davidovich – Marketing Manager

Donna has over 12 years of project management and strategic marketing experience. She has overseen the development of numerous branding campaigns for established and new companies, as well as established and new government programs. Donna’s logistical expertise ensures smooth project execution and deliverables that are on time and on target. Her strategic insight makes her an ideal liaison with clients to produce deliverables that fulfill the client’s mission and exceed expectations. Donna works with kcw clients from the strategic planning phase to the successful completion of their campaigns.

Due to her background in design, Donna is able to add more value to our clients. She has a BFA in Graphic Design and began her tenure at kcw serving as Senior Art Director. Donna’s professional background includes design positions at EDS, DynCorp, and AUVSI (The Association of Unmanned Vehicle Systems International). Donna has repeatedly demonstrated her ability to creatively capture and reinforce clients’ messaging, images, branding, and positioning in media ranging from print to Web, and from display graphics to multimedia.

Michael Choi – Graphic Designer/Multimedia Specialist

Michael brings to kcw, his strategic design and creative input as Multimedia Specialist. He provides design for multiple projects including major international advertisements and campaigns for ExxonMobil and Lockheed Martin.

He graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Graphic Design and attended the highly acclaimed Pratt Institute on scholarship in 1999 for Graphic and Creative Design.

Due to the speed and accuracy with which he completes various requirements, he has become an extremely experienced designer. Michael’s creative talent has allowed him to be involved in everything from magazine advertisements, to Web marketing campaigns, and brand identity development for ExxonMobil.

Over the past 7 years, he has worked as a Senior Graphic Design Specialist for two major companies and has built an exceptionally strong portfolio. He has also designed and altered the branding mechanisms for Puma, Cinema Depot, Prosign Co and Design Source.

Tammy Cornejo – Graphic Artist/Web Designer

Tammy has designed websites for a wide variety of corporate and non-profit clients. Drawing on her 8 years of graphic arts experience and her exceptional computer skills in Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash, Tammy creates uniquely imaginative and cutting edge websites. Her knowledge of HTML and scripting allows these websites to be interactive, versatile and user-friendly.

Jon Saunders – Multimedia Specialist

Jon leverages his cutting-edge graphic design skills to create multi-media communications, including state-of-the-art Web sites that are innovative, imaginative, and memorable

Eric Stewart – Senior Copywriter

Eric is a strategic writer skilled both in technical and industrial copy for B2B products as well as brand-building copy for B2C products. Eric effectively tailors copy for a wide range of marketing mediums, including direct mail, websites and collateral. Eric has worked on Mobil and ExxonMobil accounts for over 13 years, and has extensive experience in the energy, financial, and high-tech industries.

Judith Sears – Copywriter

Judith is a versatile writer with experience writing advertisements and corporate communications materials for large corporations and entrepreneurial start-ups. Judith has a unique ability to provide a wide range of writing styles, which has given kcw clients more creative choices.

Maureen Meyer – Director of Specialty Advertising Products

Maureen leads the division of kcw focused on company-branded promotional items, or “logo-ware.” Maureen has 11 years of experience in Specialty Advertising and Printing. Formerly the head of Meyer Marketing, Maureen founded Strayer University’s first generation virtual gift shop and also established the online gift shop for Southeastern University in Washington, D.C.
